| The logistics department is one of the most important parts of our company. |
Our efficient logistics team has already earned the respect from our vast global network of wax customers. We have been able to
achieve the reputation of efficient merchants by being diligent with all of our cargos. No matter to what region of the world we are
shipping, we have a team that is committed to do the following for every order received :
 All of our sales are confirmed via fax / email. This ensures our customers that all of our shipping terms and contract are in order with
our sales team communication.
All of our bookings and charterings are done within 5 days of sales confirmation is received.
Once order is booked, we keep our customers informed on a daily basis of the name of vessel, voyage, B/L No., ETA , ETD and booking information.
All of our loads are duly supervised, and pre shipment check is done at the port in order to ensure good condition of the cargo and containers. We also catolog each load by taking at least 3 pictures of every load.
Documents are done according to buyer specifications and once cargo sails , all documentation is promptly sent by courier to buyer. |
